Life Surfing Training Program – English Version

This is an eminently practical training program, designed with the objective of expanding your consciousness in a progressive and voluntary way, which will allow you to experience new ways of perceiving yourself and the reality around you.  

From that expanded perception you will notice that certain inner abilities are enhanced and sharpened, skills such as:

• Spiritual Presence, Faith and Conviction

• Emotional Balance and Management

• Mental Clarity and Focus

• Energy and Body Awareness

With these enhanced skills you will be able to face the circumstances of your life with a greater capacity for ease, balance and without the need to make a greater effort to achieve the goals you set for yourself, just like a surfer who uses the energy of the waves to move (and also have fun). That’s why this training program is called Life Surfing.

METHODOLOGY

The training consists of 12 internal exercises, a different one for each week, each of which must be done 5 times a day for 6 days.

You will have to write down in a personal log a score for each exercise (0=not performed, 1/2=badly performed 1=well performed) as well as the internal findings that you discover.
At the end of each week you are invited to request a follow-up online session with your Wisdom Coach, who will give you feedback and support you to:
Reinforce the learnings you are gaining by executing the exercises; and
Apply those discoveries in the new life situations that, as a result of your perceptual shifts, you will begin to experience.
Additionally, the program includes some practices that will take you out of your comfort zones and challenge you to make use of your enhanced abilities. These practices are optional, but you are encouraged to do them as well.

CERTIFICATE

If you manage to complete the 12 weeks of training in the stipulated time (3 months), and obtain a final average score of over 80% in your exercises, you will be given access to a Certificate of Achievement that you can download in PDF format from this same platform.
